The Casino Coordinator is responsible for the configuration, testing, deployment, and tracking of online casino game content across multiple platforms and regulated jurisdictions. Request and manage game codes from Playtech, EveryMatrix, and other gaming vendors. Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate configuration issues or deployment delays to the Director of Casino. Quality Assurance & Content Management Perform functional QA testing of deployed games across supported platforms and jurisdictions. Maintain an accurate game inventory in SharePoint, tracking configuration, testing, regulatory approvals, deployment status, and outstanding issues. Coordinate with internal teams and external providers to resolve game-related issues and support timely releases.
