Ruby Seven Studios, a dynamic social and mobile gaming studio, is looking for a User Acquisition Specialist who’s eager to learn, experiment, and grow in the fast-paced world of performance marketing. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a forward-thinking team building free-to-play casino games (mobile and web) for some of the biggest casino brands globally. Reporting to the Head of User Acquisition, you’ll support the strategy and execution behind user acquisition efforts, helping to grow our diverse portfolio of games- currently 12 titles and counting- across both mobile and desktop platforms.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Set up and manage user acquisition campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and Apple Search Ads.
  • Collaborate with the UA team to monitor and fine-tune campaign performance.
  • Upload and organize creatives in the content library.
  • Prepare campaign reports and share performance insights with internal teams.
  • Review metrics such as ROI, ROAS, and pLTV to guide optimizations.
  • Partner with designers to source and update creative assets for advertising.
  • Work with the engineering team in India to ensure tracking and attribution accuracy.
  • Assist with analytics and implementation of tracking setups.

SKILLS YOU’LL NEED

  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience, (user acquisition experience in mobile games strongly preferred)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness and ability to “own it”
  • You want to be “THE BEST UA Specialist” in the industry
  • Experience working in the social/mobile freemium game industry
  • Excellent data analysis skills and experience working in a metrics-driven role
  • Practical working knowledge of tracking technologies, methods and UA KPIs
  • Exposure to one or more tools/systems like Adjust, Appsflyer, Google Analytics, Meta Business suite, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc
  • Ability to optimise available budgets to get desired results
  • Ability to analyse the data from the attribution platforms and present the results. Exposure to Looker studio, etc preferred
  • Understanding of ad creative formats and how to brief design teams for performance-driven assets (videos, banners, playable ads)
  • Highly organized and attention to detail
  • Strong math skills
  • Self-starter with a problem-solving attitude with and without direction
  • Passion for staying up to date with UA techniques, strategy, audience building and targeting
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in math, marketing or finance
