We are looking for a CRM Operations Coordinator to support the execution and optimization of promotional campaigns, audience segmentation, lifecycle management, and casino content operations across our Betly Casino and Sportsbook brands. The role will be responsible for building, testing, deploying, and monitoring CRM campaigns, as well as identifying audience and promotional opportunities that drive player engagement, loyalty, and incremental value. In addition, the role will serve as an executional point of contact for casino content configuration, including the integration and deployment of new games across platforms and jurisdictions. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced online gaming environment while coordinating with Marketing, Acquisition, Compliance, Casino, and external partners.
