Senior User Acquisition Specialist Ruby Seven Studios, is seeking a Senior User Acquisition Specialist with a passion for driving GROWTH through innovative strategies and execution. Here’s your opportunity to get involved with an innovative gaming company building free-to-play casino games (mobile and web) for some of the largest casinos in the world. Reporting to the Analytics team, you’ll be at the forefront of accelerating the growth of our ever-expanding lineup of mobile and desktop games-12 titles and counting! WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Set up new campaigns and optimize existing campaigns on Meta, Google Adwords, and Apple Search Ads. Build, track, and optimize UA campaigns Upload new creative to the content library Develop performance reports and communicate results to partners Analyze and act on campaign performance based on ROI, ROAS, and projected LTV Work with the design team to develop creative assets on a regular basis for advertising campaigns Work with India engineering team to ensure accurate attribution and report generation Direct and participate in analytics and tracking implementation tasks Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support on campaign strategies and execution Coordinate cross-functional efforts across marketing, creative, analytics, and product teams Oversee day-to-day operations of the UA team, ensuring deliverables are met with high quality and timeliness Contribute to strategic decision-making and resource planning to scale UA efforts efficiently SKILLS YOU’LL NEED 5+ years of relevant experience, (user acquisition experience in mobile games strongly preferred) Demonstrated team leadership experience, including mentoring and guiding team members Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness and ability to “own it” You want to be “THE BEST UA Specialist” in the industry Experience working in the social/mobile freemium game industry Excellent data analysis skills and experience working in a metrics-driven role Practical working knowledge of tracking technologies, methods and UA KPIs Exposure to one or more tools/systems like Adjust, Appsflyer, Google Analytics, Meta Business suite, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc Ability to optimise available budgets to get desired results Ability to analyse the data from the attribution platforms and present the results. Data Analyst/Senior Data Analyst
Data Analyst/Senior Data Analyst RESPONSIBILITIES: Consulting with internal customers (e.g., Marketing) to develop analysis and frame actionable insights that help the management in decision making. Wrangling data from multiple sources (including but not limited to): sales, product, player events, and customer/player databases, to create integrated views that can be used to drive decision making. Working with several large and complex SQL databases. Designing and building reports and analytical dashboards. Perform statistical analysis and A/B tests in events of new feature or content releases. Routinely keep an eye on anomalies in the game data and provide reasoning for the same. QUALIFICATIONS: 3-5 years of experience in Data Analytics. Profile –Degree (Bachelors/ Masters) in Computer Science/ IT; Engineering; Information Systems; Math’s/Statistics. Highly analytical data junkie who enjoys business analysis by using data interpretation skills – but doesn’t want to be a software engineer. Positive, people-oriented, and energetic attitude. Self-starter and curious who sees information as a tool to find answers to business questions. Analytical, creative, and innovative approach to solving problems. Strong written and verbal communication. TECH SKILLS: Highly proficient in SQL with ability to write efficient queries and taking data from multiple data-sets as and when required. Should have a strong working knowledge in Excel and proficiency in R/Python for automation purposes. Any visualization tool (Tableau preferred). Machine learning algorithm – individual who has developed a model by using machine algorithm will be an added advantage. Tools -Any Big data knowledge (e.g. Hadoop, Spark) will be an added advantage. User Acquisition Specialist Ruby Seven Studios, a dynamic social and mobile gaming studio, is looking for a User Acquisition Specialist who’s eager to learn, experiment, and grow in the fast-paced world of performance marketing. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a forward-thinking team building free-to-play casino games (mobile and web) for some of the biggest casino brands globally. Reporting to the Head of User Acquisition, you’ll support the strategy and execution behind user acquisition efforts, helping to grow our diverse portfolio of games- currently 12 titles and counting- across both mobile and desktop platforms. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Set up and manage user acquisition campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and Apple Search Ads. Collaborate with the UA team to monitor and fine-tune campaign performance. Upload and organize creatives in the content library. Prepare campaign reports and share performance insights with internal teams. Review metrics such as ROI, ROAS, and pLTV to guide optimizations.
