Partner Creative Designer Reports To: Creative Team Dotted-Line Collaboration: Partnerships Manager We’re looking for a highly creative and collaborative Partner Creative Designer to develop co-branded marketing assets for our brick-and-mortar casino partners. This role is dedicated to showcasing our games through customized creative toolkits, digital collateral, and promotional materials that seamlessly blend partner and brand aesthetics. You’ll collaborate with the Partnerships Manager and Creative Team to design assets that help casino partners bring our games to life across their on-property and digital channels. Key Responsibilities: Design co-branded creative assets for casino partners, including banners, landing pages, digital displays, and print collateral. Adapt creative to match each partner’s brand while maintaining core brand identity and standards. Create turnkey toolkits that enable partners to easily promote our digital games. Collaborate with CRM Ops and Partnerships on timing, asset delivery, and campaign integration. Ensure all designs adhere to property brand guidelines, technical specs, and creative approval processes. Maintain a centralized repository of partner assets for future reuse and optimization. Qualifications: 5 – 8 years of experience in marketing or partnership design, ideally within gaming, casino, or hospitality. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, and digital/print production. Experience designing for co-branded or multi-brand environments. Strong attention to visual detail and understanding of brand identity systems. Excellent collaboration and communication skills – able to manage multiple partner feedback loops. Creative Lead Ruby Seven Studios, a top-ranked social and mobile gaming studio, is seeking a talented and visionary Art Director to lead our Art Team at our Kochi office. In this leadership role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the creation of high-quality graphic content for our games, marketing campaigns and platform assets. You will work closely with Producers, Programmers and Artists to shape and execute the artistic vision of our games. Responsibilities Oversee the quality, creativity and consistency of all visual deliverables across game and marketing projects Collaborate with Producers, Designers and Artists to create visually compelling graphics, animations and UI elements Develop concept art and visual direction for new game features, titles and marketing assets Define and maintain a cohesive visual identity across games Align the game’s art style with core casino mechanics and player psychology Lead the creation of engaging win animations, bonus visuals and jackpot effects that enhance player satisfaction Direct the design of promotional assets- Ad creatives, videos and store visuals- that align with social casino trends and boost user acquisition Guide art for events, themed visuals, special offers and seasonal content to support monetization and retention goals Manage the art production pipeline, setting clear processes, guidelines and timelines Estimate and prioritize tasks to ensure on-time delivery without compromising quality Mentor, train and inspire the Art Team to continuously elevate their skills and performance Facilitate strong collaboration with development, product and marketing teams Stay current with visual, UX and casino art trends to keep our games visually competitive and genre-relevant Analyze the visual impact of art assets on key KPIs such as engagement, retention and monetization Required Skills & Experience: Years of experience- 5+ years A strong online portfolio showcasing game-related visual design, preferably in casino or F2P titles Proven experience in UI design, graphic design and visual storytelling for games Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and growing creative teams Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and other industry-standard art tools Fluency in English is essential, with excellent written and verbal communication as this position requires close collaboration with our US team and international partners Deep understanding of casino-themed visual elements like reels, glows, coins, tactile UI and celebratory effects Experience working on casino games, in either social or real-money formats Familiarity with F2P player behavior, art-driven engagement mechanics and monetization strategies Experience designing visuals for LiveOps events, in-game promotions and performance-driven creatives aligned with business objectives Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment and consistently meet tight deadlines Highly organized, proactive and a collaborative team player How to Apply: Please include a link to your online portfolio in your CV.
