Ruby Seven Studios, a social and mobile gaming studio with offices in the US and overseas is looking for a CRM Manager with a deep-seated passion for mobile games and customer experience. Job Summary:

The CRM Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company’s customer relationship management (CRM) systems. This includes ensuring that our CRM system is effectively capturing and analyzing customer data, developing multi-channel targeted marketing campaigns to improve customer engagement and retention, and working cross-functionally to align our CRM initiatives with overall campaign strategies.

In addition, the CRM Manager is responsible for implementing new customer lifecycles, and sales strategies as needed through collaboration with stakeholders.  Ongoing analysis, campaign optimization and the assurance of best practices in use on a regular basis is also required as well as performance reviews with casino partners.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting to develop and implement comprehensive CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention for a portfolio of games.
  • Analyze player data to gain insights into customer behavior and preferences.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the CRM is integrated with all relevant systems and processes.
  • Assisting to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to increase customer engagement and retention.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the CRM and marketing campaigns to business partners.
  • Manage and coordinate with a team of player engagement specialists in our international office, providing coaching and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in CRM and marketing automation.
  • Liaise and strategize with external partners for cross marketing initiatives and results. 
  • Community social management for a portfolio of games, including Facebook, reviews and customer support. 
  • Drive revenue success with high valued players and whales, nurturing those relationships and assisting those players as needed. 


  • College graduate in Marketing, Business or similar with high academic achievement
  • Passion for a fast-paced startup environment
  • Ability to work independently and problem solve with tons of personal motivation
  • 2-5 years of experience in CRM and marketing automation in the gaming/video gaming sector
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and segmentation.
  • Excellent project management, organizational and writing skills.
  • Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce, Optimove or CleverTap.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
