  • Managing the staff of 5 full time Reno-based employees who are focused on acquiring, analyzing engaging our players
  • Direct CRM and social engagement
  • Oversee all user acquisition efforts with our UA team including ROI analysis and new channel identifications
  • Liaison to our India and Ireland art and Live Ops teams to ensure creative is optimized to support sales and community management efforts
  • Manage all Casino partner accounts, planning monthly promotions and keeping their marketing teams engaged with their apps
  • Plan and execute email marketing strategies as well as all user acquisition efforts
  • Create, measure and test all customer outreach channels
  • Work with our product team to design and develop features and tools that improve our user acquisition and retention efforts
  • Set priorities for our India-based Analytics team



  • College graduate in Marketing, Journalism, Business or similar with high academic achievement
  • Passion for the startup environment
  • Ability to work independently and problem solve with tons of personal motivation and intellectual curiosity
  • Must be organized, driven, a team player and possess excellent “can do” attitude
  • 3-6 years experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media.
  • Must love the web and mobile gaming market
  • Insatiable curiosity is a must
  • Director vs. Manager level will depend on experience
