Ruby Seven Studios is looking for a Growth Hacker to rock our Reno, Nevada office. Here’s your opportunity to get involved with an inventive gaming company building free-to-play casino games for some of the largest casinos in the world, and help drive the growth of an expanding portfolio of games on mobile and desktop with large marketing budgets. You’ll be working in an amazing setting, (only 35 minutes from Tahoe) along with our team of inspired, quirky gaming minds. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Bring traditional and creative ideas that will help grow key KPIs
  • Build, track, AB test and optimize UA campaigns on Facebook and other mobile advertising platforms based on ROI, ROAS and pLTV
  • Create UA performance overviews to report to company and partners
  • Seek, test, and evaluate new advertising channels/partners
  • Innovate new ways to develop and constantly improve our user acquisition strategy
  • Data analysis of game performance and key KPIs
  • Financial duties as needed, including royalty reporting, and gamer performance as well as various month-end closing duties
  • Position: full-time, Reno

SKILLS YOU’LL NEED

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness and ability to “own it”
  • Experience in ROI analysis and financial metrics
  • Excellent data analysis skills and experience working in a metrics-driven role
  • High standards of excellence and attention to detail
  • Insatiable curiosity for learning and a passion for staying up to date
  • Ability to read, understand, and quantify raw data and/or research
  • Mastery of Excel
  • SQL, R, Python, Tableau experience a plus
  • Quickbooks experience a plus
  • HTML & CMS experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in math, analytics, marketing or finance
